How I love this season of the year. It is truly my favorite. There's the sweet scent of Fall in the air.

| What a beautiful time of year the Fall is with it's rich warm hues of orange, red, green and gold. I enjoy the long awaited cooler temperatures, nice breezes and vivid colors. |

| I had fun stitching up these sweet little quilted pillows to add a homespun touch. One of my very favorite quilt shops is "Little Quilts" in Marrietta, Georgia. The patterns for these little pillows are found in their book "Little Quilts Around The House". I have visited their shop and fondly remember their warm and friendly staff. |
Autumn in the Country
I designed and made this Fall "WELCOME" quilted table runner.
Each year I look forward to displaying it on my antique Singer Treadle Sewing Machine cabinet.
I like using a wide variety of textures in my seasonal vignettes.

I am so happy Fall is arriving this week. What a horrid summer we have had! I've already made pumpkin bars and this week Pumpkin Snickerdoodles are on the menu.. Love the sights, smells and sounds of fall!

Yes, fall is just one of those cozy in the kitchen kind of times. You basket of Fall goodies is very inviting. I love the way you use the sewing table to display your pretty table runner! Look at that little tea set, so cute. I will be making an apple cake that I need to make for this years apples on my sisters trees. It is so yummy for Fall. Your tablerunner is very lovely! It looks perfect with your sewing machine table. I enjoy quilting as well, I just need to make more time for it again.
